**Transportation Forms submitted with less than 7 days’ notice are not guaranteed to be arranged**
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do NOT book the transportation at least seven (7) days in advance, the student will not be eligible for the above rates. The rates increase to $165 for regular transportation and $295 for unaccompanied minor.
